Booking Terms

A non refundable deposit of 50% or the equivalent of the first nights stay is required to secure your booking. If you are booking one night payment is required upfront. Any remaining balance is payable on arrival. A damage deposit of £100 is required via pre authorisation of a credit card. If no credit card is available a cash deposit is acceptable.

  • Smoking Policy: No smoking
  • Pet Policy: Dogs

DOGS: are allowed by prior arrangement and are charged at £10 per day. Please state that you have a dog under special requirements when booking on line.

Conditions

GROUP BOOKINGS(6 or more guests). In the interests of all our guests the only group bookings we accept are those that take the whole hotel. Please call us to discuss rates and conditions.

If you are a smaller group and you try to book separately we reserve the right to cancel your booking when you arrive. This is to avoid a situation where one group of guests dominate the hotel to the detriment of other guests.

Support for the Mobility Impaired Unfortunately we are unable at present to offer specific facilities for guests with mobility issues.
Support for the Visually Impaired Unfortunately we are unable at present to offer specific facilities for guests with visual impairments.
Support for the Hearing Impaired Unfortunately we are unable at present to offer specific facilities for guests with hearing impairments.
